To qualify for this offer you must have contacted us directly and you must sign and return your claim pack to your solicitor within 7 days from the date you receive it. 

•  ARE THERE ANY CIRCUMSTANCES IN WHICH £200 DOES NOT APPLY?

If any of the following circumstances apply we are not able to offer you the £200 in addition to your compensation;

• You are involved in a road traffic accident where the other driver is untraceable and your claim is made through the Motor Insurers Bureau (MIB). 
• Your claim is for injuries suffered as a result of a criminal offence and your compensation is paid by the Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority (CICA). 
• Your claim is fictitious or fraudulent.
